Dear Friend,

How are you? I just got back from Buenos Aires and I felt the need to share with you my experiences since you’ve always mentioned how you’re just dying to go.
Even though it was only a weeklong journey I sure took advantage of time. In full summer eve I arrived in Buenos Aires. 7 days seemed like a month with all I got to do. Since my sister had been there for the previous weeks she had a whole schedule planned for me.
I got to visit some museums, that even though it’s not your type of plan I would highly recommend, you never know when you’ll fall in love with an art piece. Also I enjoyed some of the best food not only for local dishes but Oriental and European inspired dishes since Argentina is one of the countries with most European influences. But I wasn’t all food and art I also got to do a lot of shopping (I know its what you worried about the most). Even though the malls were ridiculously full of Christmas shoppers there were various sales that helped a lot, and the different styles there had me wanting to buy the whole stores.
One of the last days my aunt invited us for a sailing trip on her sailboat “Lujuria”. That was probably my favorite part of the whole trip; the day was perfect, sunny with the right amount of wind. We had some champagne and toasted to summer, family and the chance to do it all over again soon.

Dear No One

I didn’t see you this time, so I want you to know about my vacation experience. They were weird but had lots fun; I rested a lot, had fun with my friends and every morning I woke up between 8:00 and 8:30am for the morning exercise … jajaja, but if you want to know what was the most important thing I did was to think about you ! it`s true even if you don’t believe me.

My days were very similar and I didn’t get tired of it, every morning I had SAT classes and then my tennis lessons at the club, usually after I had rikudim which are Israeli dances, I have being practicing for some days since we have a special activity at school, Yom Ha’atzmaut.

Afternoons; if I didn’t go out for a ride or ice cream or whatever, just to go out ,... I stayed home and watch tv as part of the day plan, if not a took little naps. Anything to avoid getting bored.
Nights, I ate dinner at home and then went out with my friends for a ride and a little talk.
So, this was my vacation! I would like you to answer me back so we can talk and meet in the feature.

Dear Raquel and Sophie,

Thank you for letting me stay at your houses, I had the most woderful time in New York thanks to you!

Raquel, I loved babysitting and doing midnight feedings and diaper changes while staying with you. Thank you for driving me everywhere, feeding me and not telling mami when I broke curfew. Getting to stay at your house was really cool, and your food is amazing.

Sophie, don't worry I do like Phil and I think he's really cool! Going to the movies to watch Les Miserables and having dinner at Noi Dui was awesome. I think Noi Dui is my favorite restaurant too, and Dulce De Leche is also my favorite dessert.
Your roommate Chaviva is so funny and nice, I'm glad you found someone so cool to live with.
Don't worry, I forgive you for walking away when a guy I did'nt know started talking to me at that party you also forced me to go.

To both of you, I'm sorry we couldn't have dinner together like last time and that you didn't see mami trying to order at Carlos and Gabby's.

I hope you don't miss me too much.

Dear Paola
Vacation time is an awesome period of the year where you can freely enjoy and attend to several actions and amusements. In my case, dear friend, that definition wasn´t out of its explicit sense; it was awesome! As many people do, my family decided to trip for a week to where a part of the family lives: Valledupar. That small city has been a permanent and passionate source of aspirations and emotions through all the years. As normal, first day comes with a torrent of excitements; just seeing my cousins is face tells me fun is coming at time.
So just for not arguing more I would like you to know what were the experiences that now I got on memory. The journey started with an early trot to the river, in company of many friends from the neighborhood (at the time sun is just waiting for his permission to appear, 4:30 a.m). The river represented the resting and relaxing time, at least for me. People around there was very friendly, and with them we could do anything at the streets, such as playing soccer (it caused me an injury one day XD) or basketball, singing or even doing jokes to everyone. I enjoyed playing in the DDR machine at the mall; I went almost every day there. The parties came by themselves, as the festive days were going through the past and new year.
This and much more happened to me on the last vacation.

Dear mommy: this holidays i had miss you a lot, that's why i decided write you this letter, to tell you about all the things i did this vacations. You know i went to Bucaramanga, and i stayed in my cousin's house in Ritoque. Ritoque is a beautiful place which is half and hour from Bucaramanga. It's a little far from the city, but it's a cool and comfortable place, i really like to stay there. The time I spend in bucaramanga, I did so many things. I went to "la mesa de los santos", you know my father's family have a farm in there, which is call "Villa Manuelita" and it's call like that because that is my grand ma's name. There, in villa Manuelita, i played with my cousins, and i meet Juanes and Drako. Juanes is a a cute kid that lives there, his parents are the ones who take care of the house and the garden. This kid is so cool, funny and lovely, everyone in my family likes him. Drako is my cousin's dog, is a big big big dog, I think he is bigger than me! But is so lovely and cute, I love to play with him. Besides going to villa Manuelita I also did different activities like swimming, tanning,
Waching tv, go shopping and watching movies. I buy so many things: bags, clothe, shoes, nail polish, necklaces‪ and rings. The movies I watched were the impossible and hobbit, they both are good movies, I like them a lot.
Something very funny my family did for Christmas was that we dress up of what ever we want, that was so crazy because no one use a costume in Christmas, that's supposed to be for halloween. But it was cool, I laugh looking my grand ma with a costume. For the new year we didn't do anything special, just a family reunion. After the new year holidays I stayed in Bucaramanga 12 days and then in came back to barranquilla. The first thing I did was invite one of my closets friends, because I missed her a lot, that was the only chance i had to see her during vacations.
And thats all, i really miss you and i hope you enjoy your vacations.

My family and I vacations, trip to the cabin to pass 24 of December. My mother said me what do you want in Christmas and I respond: I want a game of xbox 360. Then my father said me what do you want, and I respond: the iphone 5. The day of Christmas, in the night, the whole family went to the cabin, and my aunt gave me a control of xbox 360, my mother gave me the game, and my father the iphone 5. The next morning, we went to Barranquilla again, and I waited to 31 of December for New Year, my aunt said to my mother if she wants to pass the New Year in her apartment, and my mother accepted. So we passed the New Year there, and slept in the house of my aunt, that’s are my vacations in holidays.

Dear Angie:

Because we couldn´t be together  these vacations I decided to write you a letter to share what I did.
Well, it wasn´t much what I did. I spent this whole month with my family, mostly with my cousin Isabella, it was great, I always have fun with her, we always had sleepovers in our houses and when we were not together, I was in my house with my brothers (although they were almost all the time outside the house: my brother working and my sister with her friends).

After my grandfather died, my grandmother spend most of the time in my uncle´s house, but on Christmas she was with us, so I helped the nurse take care of my grandma, because she had a difficult mood to handle. Then a week after New Year´s holyday a terrible thing happened: My grandmother died, so vacations weren´t as good as the ones I had as a kid. Despite being with my cousin I hated this Christmas and the beginning of the year. The good part of all this was that my dad stayed a long time with us without working. A week after my grandma´s funeral we wanted to clear our minds, because we didn´t have “real vacations”, so we took 4 days to stay resting in Santa Marta.

That was all I did, I hope you write me back.

Dear Sophia,

I am writing you this letter to tell you about my vacations, they were super short, they only lasted for a month, I'd wish they'd been longer.
The same day that I went out of school, I had a fifteen birthday party, I wore a red dress and on the next day as you know, it was your birthday, and you had a party at your house, both were great.
After a couple of days, I went to Cartagena with my father and my mother, we went there because I wanted to go to the beach, so they agreed to go, we stayed in the hotel, I don't remember which one for 4 days, 2 out of 4 days we went to the beach , the other days we just visited the city and checked most of the historic places, it was really interesting to visit all of the places.
After we came back, I went to a friend's party on the 10th of January, I had a great time, it was a lot of fun.
For new years, we stayed at home, because my grandmother came to visit. But on the 1st of January, we went to my other grandmother's house, and had a family reunion with the rest of my family.
Anyway, hope your vacations were awesome.

in my vacations what i did was stay in barranquilla with my family to celebrate holidays, i dindt do a lot of excitings things in my vacations, i just went to the beach and watched some movies, i also played some video games, sports and my family recived some family recivied somr relatives that had come visit colombia.

Something tha i do was play paintball with some friends thah had come from usa. On the christmast night my dad preparef a pork with mashed potatoes, my sisters had come from santa marta and we all enjoyd being togheter my dad gave some clothes and shoes and new videogames for my xbox 360

In my vacations i found out that apple is developing a ne iphone when they has just released rhe iphone 5.

I watch the vga 2012, the winner of the best games in 2012 was the walking dead, and in second place was dishonored from. bethesda studios, and tha was what i did in my vacations
